This book is a great place to start if you are looking to expand your knowledge on the Highly Sensitive trait. Dr. Elaine Aron was the first to coin the term Highly Sensitive Person, after years of research on the trait and this book covers all the essential things to know about the trait.
This important book felt like a breath of fresh air to my sensitive soul. It includes updated data about the High Sensitivity trait as well first-hand stories from HSPs doing amazing things, and a focus on the strengths of the trait.
